3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order through the online store, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on the website include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us by means of a clear statement sent by email or post.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying the withdrawal.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of defects, customers are entitled to legal warranty rights in accordance with applicable law.

The seller is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of WOSS GmbH until full payment has been received.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where the consumer resides remain unaffected.
